A cross national exchange on learning from the PACT Project in Spain

The ProActive Case-based Targeted model (PACT) is a pilot initiative in the Spanish region of Castilla y León. Since 2015 PACT has been piloting a new model in Spain which looks to bring about changes in the way social services are delivered so as to better identify and provide timely services to individuals and families at risk of social exclusion. The project is using the combined approaches of i. strengthening collaboration between the public services and local social organisations (NGOs) and ii. pro-active social investment. The PACT pilot is coming to an end and this workshop will give an opportunity to hear about the project and discuss potential learning from the project for an Irish context.
